The Challenge

HAMREI is an esteemed interior design and product studio known for its refined, luxury-led aesthetic and craftsmanship. As the studio looked to expand both locally and globally, it sought support in strengthening its direct-to-consumer capabilities, gaining clearer financial visibility, and optimising operational workflows. The objective was to confidently navigate digital growth and new revenue opportunities while preserving the essence and integrity of the HAMREI brand.

The Approach

A comprehensive financial analysis was conducted, including the implementation of detailed profit and loss statements to establish clarity across revenue, costs, and margins. To support DTC growth, a robust analytics foundation was put in place — integrating Google Analytics and developing bespoke Data Studio reports to deliver actionable insights into website performance and customer behaviour.

Multiple marketing channels were established, including email marketing and social media, to support brand awareness and direct engagement. Alongside marketing optimisation, key operational pain points were addressed, supporting improved task delegation and laying the groundwork for operational expansion.

In parallel, we collaborated closely with HAMREI Studio to develop a compelling investor memorandum. This included detailed financial overviews — profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts — designed to clearly articulate the studio’s value proposition, growth potential, and long-term vision to prospective investors.

The Results

HAMREI emerged with renewed confidence in its financial health and strategic direction. The investor memorandum provided transparency and clarity, strengthening conversations with investors and stakeholders. The ecommerce platform was positioned as a meaningful and scalable revenue stream, attracting new customers and supporting future sales growth.

Operationally, the studio successfully expanded its physical space, enabling increased production capacity and a broader product offering. With improved financial stability, clearer reporting, and scalable systems in place, HAMREI entered a new phase of growth — balancing tradition and craftsmanship with modern digital infrastructure.

About the brand:

Born in The Potteries, Staffordshire, to an Anglo-Swiss father and Brazilian mother, HAMREI began to hone his eye for interiors and design between the British countryside and summers spent in the Mediterranean. Following his studies in Architecture, he switched to interiors & furniture design through the formative guidance of Gisbert Pöppler in Berlin. Returning to his home country, he continued to develop his sensibility for materials and colour during 3 years at Peter Mikic before going on to join French designer Pierre Yovanovitch. Whilst managing projects in the UK and US for the French firm, he continued to develop his own style until he set up his own interior & furniture design studio in the Summer of 2021.
