The Challenge

Carolina Bucci is a London-based fine jewellery brand with deep heritage, established four generations ago in Florence. While the brand held strong global recognition and a loyal customer base, it sought to grow its direct-to-consumer online sales and faced early challenges accessing and activating specific digital channels needed to scale efficiently. The objective was to unlock DTC growth while preserving the brand’s craftsmanship-led positioning and refined aesthetic.

The Approach

We supported the brand by setting up and fully connecting Meta Business Suite, enabling access to key paid media capabilities and improved account structure. Paid media channels across Meta and Google were optimised and actively managed to drive high-quality traffic aligned with the brand’s luxury audience.

Alongside execution, we consulted on budget planning and target forecasting to ensure expectations were realistic, measurable, and aligned with long-term growth goals. Creative and audience strategies were continuously tested and refined to prioritise quality over volume, ensuring traffic not only reflected the brand’s values but also converted into meaningful sales.

The Results

The first year of partnership delivered strong and sustainable results, with a 29% year-over-year increase in DTC net sales. Social media engagement and follower growth increased across all major platforms, strengthening the brand’s digital presence and reach.

The email database also experienced net growth year over year, establishing a stronger owned-channel foundation and setting the stage for continued DTC performance and retention-focused growth in the year ahead.
