The NYC-based swim & resort-wear brand looked to increase its DTC revenue stream due to increased competition on wholesale partners. The brand has a strong branding and image, however it required guidance on how to scale their e-commerce using a variety of marketing channels to generate revenue.

Results
DTC gross revenue increased by +146% in the first year, and +134% in the second year. The brand has achieved a 75% new customer rate in 2024 and increased its AOV by +16% due to a new pricing and product bundling strategy. The brand also secured partnerships with Moda Operandi, ShopBazaar and many other exciting ventures that is cementing its place in the market, making it a stand out destination in the luxury resort and swimwear category.
