Confidential: Jewellery brand in the United States

The niche high-end fine jewellery designer based in the US, engaged our services to optimise their DTC channels. The brand, known for its unique craftsmanship and luxury appeal, relied heavily on in-person sales. However, they recognised the need to scale through e-commerce to reach a global audience and attract new customers.

Results

In the first year, DTC achieved a growth of +102% in net sales through a combination of website improvements, creating consistency with their organic marketing output, as well as paid marketing. The brand improved on its objective to drive new customers with an average increase of +39% in new customers each month. We were also able to support AOV growth by targeting qualitative audiences. AOV grew by +37% year over year, allowing the brand to reach new records across KPIs.
